Refund policy

Only items that are NEW AND STILL FACTORY SEALED (all items are New and Sealed unless stated otherwise) may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery date, buyer pays return shipping. In order to keep the integrity of the product we cannot accept any items after the manufacture seal has been broken or unsealed. BLIND BAG/BOX ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETRUNED. Any damage done to the item due to shipping/delivery is not faulted on Ragol Road LLC and must be handled through the shipping carrier.
