HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, unless stated otherwise on the item's page description.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, we currently only ship domestically to the United States & U.S. Territories.

MY ADDRESS IS WRONG, CAN I CHANGE IT?

Yes, please send an email to info@ragolroad.com immediately after your purchase. I strive for fast shipping and efficiency and process all orders within a 1-3 business day window, once I have shipped to the listed address I cannot change it.

WILL THIS ITEM BE RESTOCKED?

Send an email over to info@ragolroad.com so I can gauge future interest for a particular item and see about a possible restock; some items will go out of print/production so restocks will not be possible. 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Only items that are NEW AND STILL FACTORY SEALED (all items are New and Sealed unless stated otherwise) may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery date, buyer pays return shipping. In order to keep the integrity of the product we cannot accept any items after the manufacture seal has been broken or unsealed. BLIND BAG/BOX ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETRUNED. Any damage done to the item due to shipping/delivery is not faulted on Ragol Road LLC and must be handled through the shipping carrier. PREORDERS

Items available for preorder will not ship until the estimated arrival date listed. Estimated arrival date is subject to change. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Cancellations will require a 15% fee. If you need make an adjustment to you shipping address please send an email to info@ragolroad.com. I have the right to cancel and fully refund an order due to possible errors or issues with fulfillment on my end.
